The Shoppe sells handmade milk, dark and white chocolates (also known as truffles) made in small batches from Wiseman House Chocolates located in Hico, Texas. The Art of Chocolate Shoppe is the exclusive retailer for Wiseman House in the Granbury/Glen Rose market. Some but not all of the chocolates offered include:
Gran Saman (Venezuelan cocoa with a rich dark chocolate taste)
Wild Woman (a favorite made with Belgian cocoa)
Texas Pecan (popular with a medium bodied red wine)
Southern Hospitality (a little hint of Jack Daniels)

Seville Orange (a little vanilla and orange to satisfy the most discriminating choco-holic)
